Jonathan M. Dominguez, M.D.
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Founder of Domi Healthcare
Dr. Jonathan M. Dominguez is passionate about wellness, disease prevention and ongoing health management. Born and raised in Cliffside Park, NJ, he completed his undergraduate studies at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Dominguez earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Hoboken University Medical Center, where he became chief resident.
Dr. Dominguez was awarded 1st place overall at the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians 2018 Scientific Assembly for his research on pre-diabetes.
Dr. Dominguez is fluent in English & Spanish.

Caridad M. Iparraguirre, M.D.
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Specializing in Women's Health
Dr. Caridad M. Iparraguirre is a compassionate physician focused on helping patients understand their health and the importance of health management. She has a passion for women's health and donates time to help others in their understanding
of critical health issues.
Dr. Iparraguirre was born and raised in a close-knit Cuban family in New Jersey; Hudson and Bergen Counties. She completed her undergraduate studies at Drew University in Madison, NJ. Dr. Iparraguirre completed her medical studies at American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten, and went on to complete her residency at Hoboken University Medical Center.
Dr. Iparraguirre is enthusiastic to join the Domi Healthcare team where she will continue her passion of practicing Family Medicine and Women’s health. She will be providing services including well women visits, Pap smears, Intrauterine device placement and removal, birth control counseling, and sexual transmitted infection counseling.

José A. Badia, AGNP-C
Certified Nurse Practitioner
José A. Badia, a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, is a fierce patient advocate, who believes in patient-centered care above all. As a first generation Cuban American and college graduate, he was born and raised in Guttenberg, NJ. He completed his undergraduate degree at St. Peter’s University in Jersey City, NJ and his Associate Nursing Degree at Holy Name Medical Center School of Nursing in Teaneck, NJ. Nurse Practitioner (NP) Badia returned to St. Peter’s University to complete his Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. He has spent the last four years as a medical-surgical and critical care nurse at Holy Name Medical Center.
Jose is thrilled to join the Domi Healthcare family and eager to serve the community in which he has grown up. He hopes to build strong patient-provider relationships, creating a safe space for patients to take an integral role in co-managing their own healthcare. Jose is passionate about improving health literacy and ensuring equal healthcare access to those in need.

Daniel F. Dominguez, M.D.

Dr. Daniel F. Dominguez, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician providing comprehensive primary care in North Bergen, New Jersey.
He completed his medical training at Ross University School of Medicine and his Family Medicine residency at Hoboken University Medical Center. Dr. Dominguez is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all stages of life.
He speaks both English and Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population and help patients feel comfortable and understood


Kimberly Hernandez, M.D.
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Specializing in Women's Health
Dr. Kimberly Hernandez is a compassionate Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing patient-centered care, promoting disease prevention, and building long-lasting, trusting relationships with her patients. She has a particular interest in Women’s Health and believes in empowering patients through education and shared decision-making so they can take an active role in their health and wellness.
Dr. Hernandez grew up in Puerto Rico, where she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. She went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus before moving to New Jersey to complete her Family Medicine residency at Hoboken University Medical Center.
Dr. Hernandez is passionate about caring for patients throughout all stages of life, with a focus on preventive medicine, routine health screenings, chronic disease management, and Women’s Health. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their health concerns.
